As a member of our customer care team, you will have the opportunity to help make a difference in people lives and to put your own stamp on our journey. In the role of Customer Care Representative, you will be a "friendly face" by responding to all incoming telephone calls, emails and any other innovative methods our customer may decide to use in the future, all with a genuine smile and drive to provide obstacle-free solutions. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of business operations by liaising with customers in relation to their orders, quotes and equipment queries and through accurately processing orders, quotes and invoices. You will work to meet agreed service levels, key team and individual deliverables, all the while being solutions focused in order to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service/care role, either over the phone or face to face. You will be confident using Microsoft Office products and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. With high attention to detail and helpful personality, you will enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment, and above all, you will have a sincere passion for delivering the highest level of customer care and support.
