In the role of Equipment Repairer and Maintenance - Aged Care, you will be assisting in the Service Department to repair, service and maintain healthcare equipment from our Auckland branch. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of business operations by liaising with customers in relation to their repairs and servicing queries. You will work to meet agreed service levels, key team and individual deliverables, all the while being solutions focused in order to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role, know the key functionality of electrical devices, common tools and have an all-round general knowledge of repairs and maintenance. You will have an EAS qualification endorsed by the Electrical Workers Registration Board, New Zealand.
With a high attention to detail and helpful personality, you will enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment, and above all, you will have a sincere passion for delivering the highest level of customer care and support.
