As a leading provider of healthcare solutions, Cubro exists to help New Zealanders to live quality lives. Our core business involves working with Public and Private Hospitals, Aged Care providers, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.

We have big aspirations and are looking for an experienced and multi-talented Graphic Designer to join our tight knit creative team.

Based at our HQ in Tauranga, you’ll be in prime position to take full advantage of our golden beaches and enjoy a little more smashed avo on toast.


The role

In this dynamic, newly created role, you will take responsibility for all digital and print graphics, across a few of our core markets. This will include product photography, packaging, website and social graphics, catalogues, magazine layouts, training videos and more. You will have a good understanding of how different elements work together to present a strong brand story. Experience is the health sector is advantageous.


What we're looking for

We are looking for a Graphic Design superstar who has a passion for health care and making a difference. You’ll have a proven history of producing high-quality clean design that tells a compelling story. You will be highly organised with a proven track record of managing projects. You will need to work well under pressure and keep projects organised and on track when things get busy. You will be a great communicator ensuring that all parties know how projects are progressing through each step of the process.

Using your photography and video editing skills, you will bring superior product photography and video production values to our product training and promotional videos.

As a part of our small and focussed team, you will bring a can-do attitude and be passionate about representing and expanding our brand.


Your skills

  • Tertiary qualification in graphic design
  • 4+ years graphic design experience
  • Photography and videography skills
  • High level of competence in Adobe Suite
  • Competence with MS Office
  • Driven, adaptable, and delivery focussed
  • An exceptional team player with the ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority
  • Be a fantastic communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the health sector is desirable
