The role

This role is both data and process-driven which will suit someone with strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy. The role plays a key part in the business, ensuring that customers receive correct product trials when requested. You will handle all processing functions relating to trials, in a timely and organised way, with an overall drive to provide solutions to our customers. You will work to meet agreed service levels, key team and individual deliverables, all the while being solutions focused. Communication is key. You will have direct contact with Cubro customers via emails and phone conversations, as well as be part of a team working behind the scenes, developing and enhancing internal colleague relationships to enhance exceptional customer service.

Your experience and skills

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service/administration role. You have a positive, can-do attitude with an analytical and methodical mind. You are confident using Salesforce (or other CRM) and ERP software (or other accounting software). With your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you work well under pressure and are adaptable to deal with a variety of tasks.

With high attention to detail and a helpful personality, you will enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and above all, you will have a sincere passion for delivering the highest level of customer service and support.
